Each new member is individually assisted to develop their CV and cover letter to the required level for the type of work role they are looking to find.

When members are not certain of their best personal skills or future career path, we provide an opportunity for undertaking Job Specific Behavioural and Personality Testing. This approach ensures our members are attempting to secure work in the most suitable field and they can explain why they are suited to that type of work to potential employers.

Our team’s connections with recruitment agencies, job brokers and other employment agencies provide extra job possibilities and networking opportunities for our members. We continually check a range of recruitment sources and advise members of suitable vacancies.

We meet on the last Saturday of every month to catch up, not limited to members. Through networking, the Committee get to know more about members and discover their current needs. We share job-seeking info, exchange insights, celebrate personal successes, workshop workplace challenges – always opportunities to learn something new.

We are available 7 days a week to members by appointment. Ourside of business hours is possible too. Always happy to to assist or advise.
